Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unopened, in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the intimate and sanitary nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged:
- Safe sex products (e.g., condoms, lubricants, or other intimate items) that are opened or used.
- Gift cards.
- Products marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at contact@safesex.store within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, subject to inspection.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email contact@safesex.store with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Ship the Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
- Inspection and Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Refunds cover the purchase price of the item(s), excluding original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- If you received a promotional discount or free shipping, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the discount.
Late or Missing Refunds:

- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at contact@safesex.store and mail the item to: [Your physical address here]. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Gifts
- If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped it to themselves to give to you, we will refund the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping Returns
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
- For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
International Returns
